use the built in calendar cleanup tool. Its the only way to safely remove old entries. If you manually try to remove 'old' repeating entries you will likely lose data. We do NOT create separate documents for each meeting - they are normally all the same document, displayed in the views as separate entries. They only become individual documents if they are each edited or rescheduled.
